Conquest Forums – Simultaneous Turn-Based Strategy Game

Hi,

I've recently tried running this game on a low laptop (my father's Dell Inspiron 1501) with a very low graphics card (Xpress 1150, but still able to run Q3 -yeah I know Q3 is old... anyway-) and it failed to start.

How about implementing a 2D-only wargames hexagons like plain view mode without fancy effects to allow running the game on virtually any PC?
This would allow playing it on any NetBook for example.
If you have time and like the idea, this could be a nice plus as not so many games can do this.
