Intended duration
Each week consists of two round cycles (Sunday to Tuesday - Wednesday to Saturday), which means you have to calculate with three weeks of play/six matches (< 8 players) or four weeks of play/seven matches (< 16 players) and an additional half week/one match by doubling the amount of players. Every player has 3 (< 8 players) respectively 4 (< 16 players) matches to play in the Playoffs because all Places between 3 and 8 (3 and 16) will be fought out.
Additional note
We would like to see no forfeits happening during the tournament, so we decided to stretch the round cycles to at least three days. If you think you are not able to fight all matches but still want to participate, probably you want to help running this tournament and join the tournament officials instead.
