64-bit linux

Is it possible to make a 64-bit linux version? I really don't want to compile tones of emul-x86 libraries. I get rid of acobat and skype for the same reason.

Yeah, it shouldn't be too hard. I'll try to make a Mac version and a 64-bit Linux version in the next few weeks.

Been messing with this here and there for a while now. I decided cross-compiling a Mac version is blasphemy, so that won't be available until someone buys me a Mac. On the other hand the 64-bit Linux version should be almost ready. A volunteer who could test it would be very nice.

Would be willing to test a 64 bit version of this game. Never played before. Running Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex amd_64. Competent at compiling and running source.

There seem to be some problems with the 64-bit versions of the libraries. We'll try again after we drop SDL.

The issue has been fixed. A 64-bit Linux version should be available with the next update.

Please see http://www.conquest-game.com/faq/#How_c ... t_Linux.3F. If there's enough request we may reconsider providing a 64-bit Linux version, but as of now it's quite a hassle to manage another set of libraries for cross-compilation.
